I am a couple of years shy of being in IR for 30 years. It's a career that continues to be rewarding and exciting. I recently joined Tyler Technologies, a $15B software and services company, to manage IR internally. Tyler was my client on the IR advisory side for 20+ years.
During my IR advisory career, I had the privilege of working with a variety of C-suite leaders in different industries with varying levels market caps. Across this landscape, I learned a great deal about different industries, and more importantly, I learned how to adapt to different personality types and different leadership styles.
On a personal level, I find myself being motivated by challenges. Whether it's completing a half Ironman or trying to understand my teenage granddaughters, it's what motivates me!
