He has given expert testimony to the European Commission, the US SEC, EPA and GSA, as well as business associations like the US Business Roundtable, National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), The Society for Corporate Governance Professionals and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
He has been recognized for his expertise with his inclusion in the 2011 and 2012 NACD Directorship 100, and in Trust Across America’s Top 100 Thought Leaders for 2011.
